About the Role
The Maintenance Project Superintendent will aid in the project management of facility maintenance repair and improvement and interior remodeling projects. The position will be responsible for effectively planning, managing, and overseeing the process and on-site project activities.
Duties
Oversee multiple facility projects to ensure they are completed within the agreed upon scope, budget, and schedule.
Assist the Facility Services Director with daily duties including gathering information for pricing of new projects, oversight of subcontracted work and supervision/ scheduling of in house labor assigned to projects.
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities on each job and maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
Communicate regularly with the Facility Services Director, client, and subcontractors to ensure
that project goals, cost, schedule, and quality are achieved.
ï‚·Maintain good subcontractor relationships. Manage schedules, questions, and limit change
orders.
ï‚·Oversee all post-project punch list generation and completion.
As needed, self-perform construction and maintenance activities to keep projects on schedule:
punch list items, carpentry, doors & hardware, blocking, accessories, etc.

General self-performance skills to complete punch list requirements and misc. scope items throughout the course of the project (drywall patching, door and hardware install, restroom and
misc. accessories installation, etc.)
ï‚·OSHA 30 hour and other safety training a bonus.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
